What are the Most Common Problems People Face in Kitchen?

my mother, telling me what pan or pot to use, what utensil to use and oh! you don't have to use that ingredient, you can use this one, bake or cook even how to wash the dishes first, i like to wash the utensils first, then i wash the plates, no that's wrong and im still wrong to this day. im 47 and i used to be a cook,Gourmet, bake. i will tell you one thing though when you work somewhere like in a restaurant, you clean as you go, my mom leaves everything out. i always get nervous when she's around, i live with her, thank god i live in the mother in law suite, my front door is the patio but attached to the house. i get nervous when im cooking something i mean when she's there. that's why, i wait until she leaves for awhile, if i plan on cooking. here's a question for you, why do older people like my ma, don't like bbq anymore? she hates the smoke flavor and i hope that will never happen to me. im from texas where dogs bark, cats meow & roosters roost. happy memorial day!
