Can I leave the State while on probation if I ask permission?

I live in Westland MI and have been on probation for 10 months. My probation officer had me write a letter to a judge requesting early termination from it, and said that I will be off soon. I am still waiting on a response from my judge, but a friend of mine has obtained two tickets to see the Black Keys in Milwaukee, and I really would like to go. The concert is next week on Wednesday, which I know is short notice, but it is short notice for me too. All my court ordered obligations are done, all fines are paid. Will I be able to leave? P.S. I am on non reporting probation.
