Pimple size clear bumps with brown spots in the middle?

For the past couple of months I have been getting these small pimple size bumps under my skin on my hands and fingers. They are clear and have brown spots on the inside of them. They are not red and do not itch. With pressure they hurt so it is sometimes hard to use an eating utensil depending on where the bumps pop up. They come and go but are becoming a real pain in the butt and I'm tired of the pain on my hands and fingers. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be or how to get rid of them?
