Who do I talk to about reporting my "slumlord" to fix things!?

I am a single Mom with a young child, when I first moved here the landlord said he was going to fix all kinds of things....I had cats messing in the outdoor sandbox that he didn't remove for ONE YEAR and under my kitchen sink stinks, I think it's mice because there were mice droppings in my utensil drawer and I can't even use my drawers now because the stench under the sink is so strong I constantly smell something in here, I have no hot water half the time, the outdoor fence is falling down and the treehouse floor is rotting out and the dishwasher is broken and there are ants in my bathroom, bricks are falling off of the chimney on the roof and I think we are getting sick from all of this......the list goes on and on, I know there is something wrong with the furnace, it smells and the furnace went out 3 times in one weekend...I am so sick of it...honestly the list goes on, I try to tell them about it and the landlords wife says if I don't like it here to move!! I do plan to move from here but I dont want anyone moving in here after me, it's disgusting and I don't live like this but I called the health unit and they said, honest to goodness, they didn't know who I am supposed to call! Can someone please help me and give me advice what I should do!! Thank you....& this is just the tip of the iceburg, I don't even have enough space to put all the info on here.....seriously.
