I have little blisters on my lips. What should I do?

I found a bunch of little blisters on my lips. It's not herpes; I haven't kissed anyone or shared a utensil with anyone. I did bite my lips for a while; could that be why? Why do you think I have this? I've tried using Chapstick, but it doesn't work very well. What should I do?
