My Dad is taking parenting classes and going overboard. What do I do? HELP?

This type of behavior is not normal, not even for someone going 'overboard' on parenting classes. There may be something else at play here. You cannot change what your father is doing, but you can try to get him help. Express your concerns about what he is doing to him, if nothing changes you need to tell your counselors and teachers at school that something may be wrong at home. Not having food, not having transportation and heat and having him not listen or communicate with you is an issue. The fact he is locking up essentials is a real problem. It's not easy 'telling' on someone you love, but you need to start getting him and your family some help before it turns worse.
