Fleas - before bombing my living space I put all of my dishes, baby bottles, utensils, pots and pans (etc)....?

....into plastic garbage bags and then inside card-board boxes with lids. Do these items need to be washed before use even though I took precautionary measures? Also, I have an 8 month old daughter. Any tips for things that should be cleaned that I might not think of??
