Will my idea for a New Concept of Socializing and Cooking work?

You mean like a cooking academy that has an open lab time? Like some already have. On the business side, your idea sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Kitchens are dangerous places, even for professional cooks. There are restaurants with a similar cooking/social concept whare guests do some prep type work and the pros do the actual cooking. I believe you have a good idea, but I also believe it won't work
