Can I hire a mover van and man for my stuff?

I am moving house, though do not have any furnitures, just stuff. Got suitcases, instrumental keyboard, books, utensils, etc. I hire a taxi everytime I move, but have to load and unload the stuff on my own. This time I am thinking of getting a van plus man, but do not know whether I can considering I do not have furnitures to move.
