Had an unemployment hearing. my employer submitted evidence i was written up for attendance.?

but not the reason why i got fired. the attendance policy was not submitted. in employers evidence. when i objected she asked mgr if they had an attendance policy. he said yes. then she asked if it is in evidence he submitted he said no. evidence of the attendance was admitted judge said. will i win based on attendance issue not having all evidence?
