How to scrape my bong base?(not stem)?

hey i want to scrape the resin from inside my bong. Not the bowl and not the stem piece..i literally mean the res where the water goes. I want to scrape the bongs bubble/sphere so what utensils can i use and what way is most effective to get that stuff out? my bong is about 1ft and not see through
